Terry Smith has been a registered Civil Engineer since February of 1975.
He was an Engineering Consultant for E.D.S. from 1996 to 2000 and in the year 2000 he became Senior Engineer and Partner.

E.D.S. is a firm composed of individuals with years of experience in the fields of Engineering and Land Surveying. We are committed to providing reliable and timely service to our clients, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
E.D.S. was established in 1992. Over the past 26 years we have worked on all type and scale of projects ranging from small projects such as property line adjustments for local residents to large scale river restoration projects for the Bureau Of Reclamation.
We have developed a good working relationship with local agencies and companies in Northern California and have extensive knowledge of the local ordinances.
